I enjoyed the sessions, I found them really useful. It has given me new ideas to do things, and possibly use in meetings moving forward.
Another great session learning about completely new techniques and starting to identify where they will be useful and effective. Need to really reflect on this and identify what upcoming opportunities there are to try these out in practice myself.

Very interesting session, learnt more new skills. Ed is a great facilitator, always happy to explain further when I didn't understand or make a mistake when practicing with the examples. What in particular is useful is that Ed sends completed correct examples so you can practice later and check if necessary.
Being taught the basics again was a very useful recap. I have been on several excel courses and in today's session I learnt new skills that will be a great help.
Some parts were basic would have wanted to explore more of what was taught, this course would have been suitable a year ago and feels dated for employees using Teams for more than a year by now

Great trainer. Very fun and inclusive. Pace was fast, but that is how we like it. Every technique was a practical takeaway that we could all use and I believe new to everyone.
Highly recommend this course. Love the short snappy way of delivering with 15 minutes morning and afternoon each day for a week. Great facilitator and participants on the course.
