I think Paul was really sensitive and guided the conversation really well with lots of positive language and calm tone that made everything feel really well-paced. I feel like I really learned a lot during this and I think it'll be really useful.

Love this course! Every session takes me a step forward, challenges me and gives me practical steps as well as ideas to reflect on. Personally, I would love more time for sessions - if a full day is too much, possibly even an extra hour would be fab! Time to get more from the group.
