Overall the facilitator helped us all individually to understand the concept of using powerpoint.

Today was a very enjoyable and informative day, Rachel was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions easily.

It was a very good course which I think can be used not only for minute taking but for improving one's writing skills especially regarding emails. It was a very inclusive course and going into break rooms gave everyone a chance to have a say. I liked the tips for making a meeting interesting for all, i.e break rooms and also giving attendees at meetings to being able submit their ideas without having to speak to a forum.
