I was lucky to have Sal, the trainer for myself and therefore was able to ask lots of questions. She was very patient with me.
I wasn't 100% sure what to expect from this training but I really enjoyed it and got a lot out of it

This was a bespoke course that after a discussion with Happy was shaped to specifically address a number of problems we are experiencing in our organisation, and it was spot on. We now have a better understanding of the theory behind making 'conversations matter' and most importantly, we have skills and tools that we can take away and put straight into practice. Thank you.
Great balance between content and practice - I much prefer fewer slides and more face-to-face time which this delivered. Felt very comfortable with Ben as a facilitator, great knowledge and experience, and managed us (and the session) very well throughout. Some useful models to take away and practice, and also some helpful comments around specific strategies and situational queries that we had. Thanks again for an enjoyable and thoughtful session.
Really great to get engagement and input from everyone on important topics
A fantastic session that really got people thinking and talking about areas we need to improve on, but don't seem to make the time in our own days to be able to. Critical to get people to understand they are actually all working for a common goal.
I really liked the pace of the learning and the various media used Rachael makes the facilitation seem effortless and enjoyable, and appears genuinely interested in every participant, taking great care to ensure all are a key part of the course
I thoroughly enjoyed the course , i feel more confident in my abilities as a leader , im looking forward to putting all i have learnt into practice to make my teams feel more confident in their abilities and to enjoy their roles, using their best skills and to be the best leader i can .
