A really good course. Very well paced with good explanations and very interactive, which hopefully means what we did will stick better than just watching the trainer work through how to do things.
Having the portfolio workshop after completing an assignment was good so that we had the context and experience of completing an assignment beforehand. This session however had tips and on assignment writing, structure and referencing of KSB's that would have been helpful prior to the deadline for the second assignment which happened to be on the same day.

I really enjoyed the first session, a lot of insight into leadership and a lot to take away and think about
Suzie was very accommodating and understanding delivering this course. I have learned many ways to overcome difficult conversations and understand difficult people.
This morning there was too much talking on theoretical on the same thing and then not enough time for the exercise work. But the balance in the afternoon was much better
