I thought this was a great course. I really enjoy training and know I’m receptive to learning in an environment like this - I enjoyed it after a long break sadly due to covid from face to face training. Very useful - psychological safety really resonates as key to create for happy teams and fostering a sense of belonging.

Great first session - really engaging and interactive. It was a safe space to speak even though mangers/director in the room

Loved the course and the happy structure was great. It didn't feel like too much information but helped highlight some areas where I need work. I felt before the course that I had no management skills and wasn't doing anything right, but this helped me realise that I'm actually doing ok and can build on that new understanding.

Brilliant course, I feel prepared and ready to start my management role.

The course met my expectations by doing what it set out to do with and engaging and knowledgeable trainer. As I am fairly advanced at Excel the pace could have been a little bit quicker but I understand that not everyone would have been happy with that, so all in all, very good.

Ed was very engaging and knowledgeable. He ensured that we all kept up with each other and was happy to answer questions as we went along.

I enjoyed the training session and Nicky was engaging throughout, without putting individuals on the spot.

Overall the course covered a lot of information, some of which I found helpful and stimulating. I would have preferred more practical/situational tasks. Ben was very courteous and engaged people well.
