would have preferred a classroom environment, but Sal was a great teacher. I feel more confident now, and will refer to my notes and practice when I can.

I have really enjoyed my 2 days of training with Rachael. I will be taking a lot away from this and put it into practice!

Serena was an excellent facilitator. The only issues I had were down to my limited ability with excel and formulas so I occasionally fell behind and got a bit confused but I was always helped to catch up. I need some time to translate what I did into understanding what i did and being able to do things intuitively. Very well run course.

Overall I enjoyed very much the course. It was engaging and informative. I learned few techniques of Agile and want to start putting them into actions.

The course in itself was good, however, the instructions on how to enter the course from Happy were very poor. It took us a long time to get settled in; in my case because it wasn't made clear that you have the use the raspberry button to change from web-based to app-based. I feel that caused a lot of initial stress, both for the trainer and for the students. Sal did manage it mostly graciously, but I was about to quit before we had even started. It was also very noticeable that our trainer Sal relaxed as these problems were settled and we all got into the swing of things. I think you ought to calculate time at the beginning of the course in which the trainer talks everyone through getting on to the app-based setting. It would make for a far more pleasant and less stressful experience and as a result probably improve the learning as well.

Ebe was a great trainer, friendly and approachable. She was great at adapting her pace to make sure I had understood each section before moving on. I liked the way the course covered such a wide range of features of Word which it is easy to miss in the heat of simply trying to get things done, and shows clearly how they can make your life a lot easier once you can use them effectively.

The content and delivery were perfect for me and my learning objectives. The trainer was very good at explaining everything, happy to answer questions and made it very interactive which is how I like to learn.
