I really enjoyed the day and liked learning the theory as well as the practical application. I would recommend including a short section at the end around the legal aspects of managing poor performance using ACAS' guides - as I felt the other delegates were keen to learn about this.
I really thought this course was excellent, it was great to be interactive and I find learning this way to be really effective. Sal is an excellent facilitator who made everything seem very simple! There is a lot of information, but the pace allows you to absorb it steadily and I will continue to practice to ensure the learning is embedded. Im genuinely really excited to streamline my data collection and make excel work for me, its really going to save me a lot of time. I have already recommended this course to colleagues.

I really enjoyed the Level three Excel training today, the Facilitator was excellent , very professional, efficient, very focussed, willing to help people who could not understand at first round . I liked the bit where everyone had to participate as this helps to stay focussed . I also enjoyed the course as it was so lively and engaging .Thank you Sal!
