I wasn't sure what to expect from 'leadership training' and was pleasantly surprised by Happy Workplace's approach to it as a thoughtful, reflective and kind process. The name is a good clue but it does deliver. I learned some really valuable skills and appreciated the interactive, practice-led sessions very much.
The course was structured really well and allowed maximum participation. Mike also made sure that every example was with the view of our own organisational culture and internal processes.
