The topics covered were very relevant to me and this training will be useful in my work. The content was organized, Kevin was so knowledgeable and a great facilitator.

Great session - got to the point, good examples and intereactive.

Very experienced teacher who could explain most things - some glitches from the fact that teaching had to be online; I am sure that face to face would be easier for everyone. - occasionally the pace was faster than my comprehension, and it was not possible to slow down by non-verbal communication! Pleased with the course material and the teacher and would be happy to recommend overall.

Day 2 of this course ran very smoothly and was well facilitated. The day was very engaging and thought provoking, providing methods along with examples that I think could be realistically used in real-life scenarios when it comes to the coaching of team members.

Great trainer who explained at the right pace. Good to have bit size training options like the 1 hour 30 minute sessions. It was just right for my needs and available time.

Two great sessions and really well paced. Great to have had them as x2 half day sessions rather than one long day. It was very interactive and colourful! Henry is great and captures the audience.
