It was a clear and comprehensive overview which has given me enough immediate knowledge to start making use of, whilst highlighting the places where there is more to delve in to. I feel like I have come away with some super building blocks and a map of where to go next. Serena was wonderful; professional and patient, keeping things moving but never leaving anyone behind. The effort to explain how the examples we were working with could be applied to the needs of a our own organisation was really helpful and very much appreciated.
The course was very inclusive and facilitated learning from others.
Absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much. Paul is an excellent facilitator who included everyone fairly. He really got you thinking and reflecting. The course content was fantastic. Some aspects were a refresher from previous courses but the tools given to take things forward are invaluable.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the course. Paul has been wonderful. Its really enlightened me and I hope I am now a better leader

The course is very interesting, the facilitators are very knowledgeable on the topic areas. They are excellent in delivering the training. The facilitator makes sure that all the learners are included, they are warm and friendly but at the same time ensuring that we are all doing what is expected of us. I like the fact that the Facilitators reminds us about putting things into our Journal which we probably would have forgotten to do. That is something I have to get use to doing. I'm sure some learners are better than others in doing so.
So useful for me as I have recently changed roles where I will definitely need these skills
