The course has given me new tools and skills to take away and apply to day to day working.,

Pat was really friendly, responsive and helpful, tailoring the course directly to my needs, despite the fact that it took me a while to remember exactly what I needed to ask about, and he had never seen my theme before! He had lots of good tips on where to find further detail, too. The course made me think about website design and organisation in ways I had not considered before, and which will hopefully make it much more productive and maybe even fun to operate. I have only taken a star off the training structure and pace question because the morning was a bit disrupted by both our pets - and, to be fair to Pat, because I hadn't really given him enough information prior to the course. In the end, even though we had a number of curve-balls in play, we covered everything he had set out in the session content summary anyway :-)

I wish these type of courses could return face to face soon.

I appreciated the printout manual a lot;. I followed the lessons way better referring to it as Kevin was explaining the different topics.

This session worked well, as everyone had had previous sessions and knew how to get onto the online learning platform. The session was well-structured and I enjoyed to be told shortcuts and advantages/disadvantages of certain ways of doing things. In very few instances things went a little too fast for me, but it didn't matter too much and I was glad overall to cover a good range of things. The trainer also addressed more individual questions in a very good way. Really enjoyed this session.
