I enjoy the course and, however I need practise more and book myself on level more to gain more.
Really enjoyed the course overall - think the 12 week schedule works really well, as the session are bite sized and then gives you time to reflect and try out some of the learning.
Rachel was excellent. Used her expertise and charisma to great effect with only 3 participants.
TImes of course were all different and not completely sure. food not really to my satisfaction so brought my own
