good session - great to have the recap as i missed the last workshop.
The course is very interesting, the facilitators are very knowledgeable on the topic areas. They are excellent in delivering the training. The facilitator makes sure that all the learners are included, they are warm and friendly but at the same time ensuring that we are all doing what is expected of us. I like the fact that the Facilitators reminds us about putting things into our Journal which we probably would have forgotten to do. That is something I have to get use to doing. I'm sure some learners are better than others in doing so.
So useful for me as I have recently changed roles where I will definitely need these skills

The course has been fantastic, Paul is very engaging and the lay out of the course allows for great involvement from all which encourages learning.
Well structured with plenty of time for discussion and good tips and examples on how to improve recruitment and build teams successfully.
