Ryan was very energetic and had great teaching of management techniques.
An interesting course which was thought provoking. Felt like it was pitched at the right level and it was good that the attendee numbers where small as it kept the course focused and relevant

Very effective training, instructor came across as very broadly knowledgeable about the subject, even beyond the scope of what was covered in the course.
Callum was very patient and willing to adapt the training depending on the needs of the group.

Great course. The material in the tasks could do with a reveiw to be updated, or offer a warning or sensitive content. I would of personally liked something more interactive of if this course was in person to keep me engaged. Otherwise a good course where I have take away learnings
Really interesting approach to the topic, not what I expected but v helpful. Made me realise i already naturally use a lot of the techniques and am feeling more confident that I’m getting better at this.
