I booked my hotel where I was lead to believe the course was being held as all previous communications had mentioned the Holiday Inn at Waterloo Square but when the confirmation came through it strayed that the course was being held elsewhere. I was a little frustrated this change hadn't been communicated.Response : Sorry for the confusion, David. We regularly use the same venues throughout the country and always aim for them to be City Centre, however we cannot always be assured the venue will have a meeting room when we need it. I am sorry for your inconvenience, you have raised a very good point and we will make sure we advise people in the booking confirmation that the venue advertised may change subject to availability

Trainer dealt with first aid incident very well and kept training course on track. Clearly communicated and shared ideas and processes with the group.

Very useful and interesting material covered. Smart not to give notes at the start of the training sessions instead at the end. Enjoyed presenting to the group and getting feedback both positive and constructive.

Room temperature was significantly low. Not having a break-out space to have a lunch was unusual. Facilities overall were disappointing.Response : Thank you for the feedback, David. Our apologies about the problems with the room. We have highlighted the issue of room temperature to the landlord of the Business Centre and are putting measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen again

The training room on day one was ice cold with no heating. Everyone complained about this. Day two we changed room and this was much more suitable.Response : Thank you for the feedback, Janet, and we are sorry we didn't resolve the issues around the room in day one. We have put measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.
