I enjoyed the course and hope that my company decide to take things further. I think it may be an idea to do a role play situation where the trainer leads rather than plunge the trainees straight into this situation.

The supporting course handbook was difficult to follow with a lot of information not included and expected to be completed during the course. In many cases this was not possible to do during the course as this would have distracted from the discussion and presentation of the information and not practical due to complexity of some of the models presented

I thought the course was very enjoyable and particularly driven to suit our business, Joe makes the training very engaging and involves everyone's participation.

Although I have covered most of the content in previous training sessions over past times I still feel it`s important to refresh and taking the course with different delegates often means as in this case that different ideas are shared, different questions asked and a varied subject matter discussed. Joe (the trainer) mixes up the training, changing the groups and encourages participation and it all adds up to an enjoyable and fruitful couple of days.

The course highlighted the need for gathering data and resources, Against the background of limited resources we do get things done ( possibly too much dependence on the individual) Some techniques and processes discussed should provide improvement in projects or better transparency in the effectiveness of the project management.
