Course was well structured, amazingly supported and thoroughly enjoyable to complete.

I am so thankful I found Watson Martin as a provider. All tutors have been fabulous from delivering courses to supporting with feedback. The VLE and supporting documents are incredibly helpful and well thought through to support the learning required for each of the modules. Furthermore, the additional reading lists are interesting and helpful. My tutor Sam has been an incredible support. Sam has such a depth and breadth of knowledge which she uses to signpost or explain which helped me tremendously at times and without a doubt, her support enabled my successful completion of the course.

While this module is more heavy going than others, it is totally worth it as the knowledge is so important for a role in HR. Amanda made the content clear and easy to understand, and was very helpful with any questions we had

A great qualification to gain! Which was made easier to achieve with the support of a fantastic Trainer. Joseph is a real credit to the company, his knowledge of the course and L&D in general is outstanding, but above this his ability to coach and encourage me through the more challenging aspects of the course really help to motivate and keep me engaged throughout. Whilst completing my course I found out that I was being made redundant, again Joseph was a real support to me and offered realistic advice. Overall Watson Martin is a great company to study with.

Satisfied with WM overall, but administrative procedures sometimes let the level of service down. Some of the webinars were not to a high standard, but this was partly to be expected due to the move away from physical workshops. Tutors were overall very knowlegable and provided excellent guidance, but for me personally I felt that having one tutor, then a different tutor - and then back to the first tutor for a time - could have been diruptive and for some may have impacted work negatively. This was out of anyone's control, but WM could consider the number of students that each tutor has and whether this is manageable - especially when many of the tutors work part time.

I have not scored at the highest level because I did my units through accreditation for prior learning so I did not really need to use the materials on offer.

As I am based in Wales, it would have been nice to have been able to attend a site for training closer than London. I believe my tutor was very helpful when I actually did initiate conversations or contact with him. However I do think I could have done with more support, or at least him contact me on my progress occasionally.

The day was quite jumbled and the pace wasn't great. We took 3 hours to get through 11 slides and then a few minutes to get through the last 10 slides. I appreciate that the trainer had personal circumstances occurring and this may have affected her delivery. I felt that I did not learn much and it wasn't truly beneficial

The delivery was not clear. The pace was not consistent. The material would have been sufficient alongside clear and informed delivery, but unfortunately the latter was missing. The leader of the session could have been more informed about certain issues and more prepared to answer questions.
