This is my 4th course and has been the best one so far for me. I felt fully engaged, the flow and pace was just right and the breakout sessions were really useful.
Session well-tailored to audience, facilitator made adjustments on the day for learners to get most out of the session.
The course has a wide scope which makes it difficult to learn in one session, but Dianne delivered it amazingly and makes everything clear.
