Great webinar. Lovely trainer, very engaging. Ally picked up on the fact the group worked well having open discussions and so kept the pace when we were flagging due to the heat by using these instead of break-outs

An excellent course, logically structured against the learning objectives that aids valuable understanding of a complex and crucial topic. Visual presentation and delivery was very clear.
Lorraine is a great trainer, always providing good examples/scenarios as well as making the group realise we know most of the stuff and gets us to think about what we are already doing in the workplace that can be applied in some areas of the module. I say this because she also delivered another session I was on (Evidence Based Research) which I understood very well and passed. Thank you Lorraine!
