Very knowledgeable and informative, the training was interesting and has given us a lot of tools to assure that we deliver a person centred care to all.

I have already implemented some of the learning into our workplace and have ideas implement others. All sessions have given the opportunity for everyone to share knowledge and experiences.

Very good direction. Lots of opportunities for interaction and group/team work. Very engaging and informative. Comfortable room and refreshments a bonus. Will definitely be looking into other available courses.

Good course to do, content was good and able to implement knowledge gained. Trainers always willing to answer questions.
