Excellent course overall, really helped my reflection and progress moving forwards to successfully implement PPM. Excellent trainer and was easy to follow and understand.

Essentially I already knew the majority of the content - however being delivered by GP and having the ability to ask questions just clarified knowledge and understanding already had and feel more able to challenge healthcare professionals now.

Found it very interesting and a really good worthwhile course, I have only put a 4 star due to feeling that I need to go away and put into practice before feeling 100% confident
