I really enjoyed the course and Debbie always gives so much more to the training. Thought provoking.

Very positive and productive course. I particularly liked how Debbie would utilise certain scenarios that she has had to manage previously and also using videos to resemble the situation.

Really informative and have learnt alot to take away and reflect on.
