The trainer had a great delivery and engagment style. Really great use of examples to illustrate points. Also clear the trainer was very knowledgeable & experienced. Videos could be updated!
Work personal experiences shared should not take too long. There were a lot of distractions and interruptions from the hotel staff. There was a lot of noise from staff working speaking loudly! The hotel should put stickers towards the hall to let staff know they should be quiet around the area outside the training room I struggled to hear! Refreshments were removed before mid day
Good though problems with the course work. This was not the trainers fault
He is a very good trainer Shabaz very good in group discussions.Excellent
