There was no handout for the course Natalie was very interactive and knowledgeable on the subject. She kept us interested and we were able to discuss various topics relating to Manual handling. The practical part of the course was really good as I learnt to troubleshoot the hoist when faced with issues and using the Molift properly.

The content is invaluable and our lead trainer Rachel provided some really useful insights into how to deliver the training in an effective and engaging way. The balance of slides, videos, co-trainer inclusion and group tasks kept the session moving well despite some technical difficulties in the beginning. Worthwhile and important training for sure.
