I really enjoyed the PMVA training delivered by Paul and John. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and created a relaxed learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and getting involved. The sessions were clear, well paced, and practical, with useful real-life examples that made the content easy to understand and relevant to everyday work. Both tutors were supportive and patient during the practical exercises, offering helpful guidance and feedback throughout. Overall, it was a very positive and worthwhile training experience, and I feel more confident in recognising and safely managing challenging situations as a result.

The venue had appropriate space with good use of IT equipment. The tutor had good knowledge and allowed others to share their experiences

In terms of the demonstration, I will suggest that videos of especially how to use the Eight R's and the patient as well should be demonstrated. E.g if it's in CPR trainings, videos of how a Healthcare professional administering CPR to a patient is being showed. That live videos should also be done as well in medication administration from the nurse/health care professional to a patient. Thank you for your understanding.
