I really enjoyed the Manual Handling course and found it informative and engaging. I particularly enjoyed the practical side and being able to participate. Mathew explained everything clearly, and I came away feeling more confident and refreshed in my knowledge.
12/10/2026 The 1 day Mandatory training was brilliant. Clear, well paced and delivered by Trainer John Madden. John was kind and thoughtful to students and checking to ensure students were able to understand. He was professional, articulate and able to share good knowledge and promote good practice. Also alerting good practice and prevent pitfalls + errors. He was able to instill encouragement and confidence. Thanks CSTF. JConnor
