I found the music from the other room very distracting as it was so loud that it made it difficult to hear the lesson at times. The instructor did try to get the volume turned down but it didn’t seem to have any effect.

The trainer (Kennedy) was amazing, kept the class engaged, and provided relevant examples and insights throughout the day.

It was a good time with an experienced trainer for took time to explain and demonstrate it to us.
