The training was informative, engaging and well presented. The content was clear and relevant to my role, and the trainer explained the key points effectively. I found the practical examples particularly useful and feel more confident applying what I learned in my work.

Augustine the trainer was very engaging and welcoming and facilitated participation throughout and ensured a good flow to the whole day. There was a good balance between Augustine and the co-trainers Lola and Helen. Would repeat / recommend doing the course with them.
