Trainer was absolutely amazing, she dealt with the room incredibly considering everyone was constantly talking and interrupting. Nevertheless, not the fault of the trainer, i still got all my notes just a shame some people want to ruin other peoples experiences when it comes to learning to better yourself within a crucial job.
Excellent knowledgeage tutorial and supportive
Paul and John were very patient facilitators who saw u through out the training.
