Hannah & Lorraine where amazing and where excellent at speaking and engaging with us on the training.The PowerPoint was dated and needs work Kieran has knowledge and is a good trainer however the PowerPoint presentation let him down! I also feel that the course should have a pass or a fail due to a few people not engaging and being on there phone's

The course was fantastic, and I learned a lot. The teacher was wonderful; he answered all the questions that we needed and explained anything we didn't understand in different ways. I appreciate it. Thank you
