Very good

The training was great and highly effective. The trainer Kennedy was friendly and engaging. He provided lots of opportunities for questions and used case studies and his experience to help up conceptualise the context. His vast knowledge and experience was very valuable. The venue was good but would be better if the toilets were more accessible.
