Trainer delivery was excellent. Full involvement and encouragement for discussion. Videos were dated but remaining info content was excellent. The equipment provided was removed early preventing use but was provided at a cost. The overall course was good.

A reflection on the anatomy and physiological side of cardiology and cardiac functions was a interesting and clever way to start and make the participants attention, with a good grip on the subject matter.Every one seemed to get Kevin's attention in a very nice way, and there was no hesitation that it was 100% full participation from all of us!! From start to finish it was fun. The role playing was very useful, and I think we learn a lot from each other.

An extremely interesting and informative day. Yannek presented the information clearly and demonstrated excellent knowledge. I learnt a lot both personally and professionally. Thank you.
