It was a good refresher, trainer relatable, session fun and informative

Excellent training with live and practical experiences

Good section

Got two people to demonstrate hoisting, they didn’t do it correctly (didn’t cross leg straps) which he explained, but didn’t show us how to do it correctly. Resuscitation was the only skill we practiced but was told not to do breaths (but he had antibacterial wipes available, so why not?) Fire training was over in 5mins.

I enjoyed the training it was so great

I thought the course was great. John was very knowledgeable and engaging. I liked that his background was in paramedics - he really knew what he was talking about. One thing I would say is that we could have spent perhaps 5/10 mins less on either the first hour or the manual handling section to allow for 5/10 mins more on the BLS. Felt like the BLS was rather rushed and it was the bit I was wanting to refresh on the most.

Kevin was a brilliant trainer and his approach was a welcome change. He was very knowledgeable and his teaching style ensured the content was delivered to us successfully. One of the best mandatory training days I have attended.
