Trainer was very good, she explained everything very demonstrating every time.
Did not like the teaching style, comments about racism and judging people having their flags by their houses. The course was not relevant who are not new starters.
Poor venue, felt no air in there. Poor coffee/ tea facilities, only available once per day. Lecturer was abrupt at times, but had good knowledge.

I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and the course was way off in terms of relevance Most attendees seemed to be care assistants There was another doctor there who agreed with me fully This course of mandatory training needs to be done separately for doctors if it is to be of any practical use
