Great day . Learnt a lot

I didnt find the course useful, I thought that it would all be practical but the majority of it was theory. The course I went on for BLS started at 1.45 but we talked about manual handling and other sections first which I found very pointless as I had done a 9 hour manual handling course the day before. There was 22 of us in the room and we only went onto the subject of BLS at 3.30/4pm which trying to practice with 22 people was definitely not enough time. I am glad that I had done BLS in depth with a previous company as I honestly would of come out of this training really worried if I had never worked in care before

A very interactive day and the tutor was giving good samples to related topics.

The trainer was excellent and I really enjoyed the training.

Amazing practical training with the trainer

Some aspects of the course were not relevant to my role, but that fault lies with my employer not the course provider. That aside I felt the course was well detailed and covered a lot of ground. The trainer was thorough and displayed extensive knowledge. The venue was clean with pleasant surroundings with opportunities to purchase food and drinks which was much appreciated. Overall a very good experience, thank you.
