The training was really impactful

The trainer was engaging and informative - great interaction with candidates throughout. Would have preferred an early start early finish eg: 0900hr to 1630hr . Venue was good has good proximity to transport facilities , though a bit noisy at times - as trainer had to ask some people in the corridor to keep quiet twice during the training session.

I had a great day & the course met my learning objectives No handouts were given but guidelines are available online

Infact today the trainer opened my eyes even to more knowledge and to things I have taken as normal which were not normal standard of doing things .
