God bless 🙏 The toilet doors are really hard to open. I had to hold the lock and bag handle to get the door open and I know I am not the only one that mentioned it.

The training was exceptional. I gained relevant knowledge and practical skills that will be beneficial to me and the general public now and in the future. The trainer was outstanding, delivered the content clearly and effectively, and provided opportunities to practise and apply the skills during the session. The Health and Safety Group is an excellent training company, and I would highly recommend them.

The trainer is a very good teacher and well articulate. All the aspect of the training was well understood.

The training went so well and the trainer was fantastic, demonstrated all practical effects and equipments in simpler way that everyone could understand. The room was cold and there were no enough snacks

The trainer made sure to involve everyone and took time to explain in detail of all aspects of the course. However, it would have been more beneficial to have enough resources for the training such as banana boards etc

The training was amazingly delivered with a competent trainer who explained all the topics perfectly well.
