I learned a whole lot with clear understanding
Andra was fantastic, managed the group very well. She had a very good balance with listening to the group, keeping the flow of the content and dealing with interruptions from the group. Appropriately chastised some group members who were talking or late keeping everyone else waiting.
Very informative and the trainer and co trainers ensured the session was upbeat and interactive Would have been good to have a handbook though
It was a great lesson, I enjoyed the class and learnt a lot, the trainer and co -trainers were astonishing.
