Little snacks should been provided not coffee and tea.
Course was very clear and informative, trainers were very thorough. But venue is not suitable as all staff traveled from York which was difficult. Staff are requesting for a training center in York where they have majority of staff.
Trainer was very interactive and engaging. Introduced herself to the the group, shared her knowledge well.

Karen is excellent. If I knew if it was her again , I would have booked the whole day . Although on this occasion , it was just as well I didn’t as 2 of 3 of my triplets are off sick .
