Mandatory training can often feel like something to get through, but this was genuinely engaging and enjoyable. Benjamin’s enthusiasm and way of explaining each topic was great. He was smiley and cheerful and presented the material in a clear, interesting and interactive way. This is probably the best CSTF training sessions I have attended. Thank you very much Benjamin!
