All through the time of the training was so awesome. The timing was excellent and everyone who attended the training made it an unforgettable one. The environment was conducive for learning. The Trainner was amazing and the class was engaging from beginning to the end What have you gained from this learning and development session? Was it what you expected? I gained a better understanding of my responsibilities as a care worker and learned practical skills that will help me provide safe, person-centred care. The session improved my knowledge of best practice, communication, safeguarding, and maintaining the dignity and wellbeing of the people I support. It met my expectations and provided useful examples that I can apply in my daily work. What are you going to do differently when back in your setting? I will be more aware of following best practice and organisational policies at all times. I will communicate more effectively with the people I support, encourage their independence, and ensure that any concerns are reported promptly. I will also reflect on my practice regularly to identify areas for improvement. What impact is this having on: • Your practice * Increased confidence and competence in carrying out my role. * Better understanding of policies, procedures, and person-centred care. * Improved communication and record-keeping. • People we support * They will receive safer, higher-quality care. * Their dignity, choices, and independence will be promoted. * Improved outcomes through effective communication and support. • The organisation * Supports compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. * Contributes to a positive reputation for delivering quality care. * Helps create a safer and more effective working environment for staff and service users. If you tell me the course title (e.g., Safeguarding, Medication, Moving and Handling, First Aid, Dementia Awareness,CPR etc.), I can tailor the answers specifically to that training.
