The training was lively and interactive, the trainer did a great job and used relevant information and examples
There was a lot of background noise from one participant that wouldn’t mute herself. There should be an option for host to mute participants with noisy backgrounds. It was disturbing the flow of the trainers lecture delivery. Otherwise course was excellent with good content.
Definitely the best mandatory training day I’ve done in 15 years. Succinct and relevant and good to have everything covered in 1 day. Stephen deserves a special mention for being engaging, humorous and skilled enough to deal with even some reluctant participants. Thank you !
