Very engaging and interactive course

Well presented and interactive

The day itself was a great combination of topics that covered a lot of what we do in health and social care, however, I have literally just completed elearning courses on the same topics. I did appreciate the CPR though, as new guidelines have come in since I last updated

The training upgraded my knowledge and as skills.

I WAS OKAY WITH THE TEACHINGS, AND THE TRAINER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THE ENVIRONMENT HELPED ME TO LEARN A LOT.

Everything was good except that there were no hot drinks and snacks.

There’s no fruit or biscuit
