Really well delivered. Really knowledgeable. One of the videos said about applying the breaks to the hoist but this is not best practice any more.

The trainer was very good and explained well all topics

Enjoyed the training. Gaynor was really good and interactive which allowed better understanding of the training. Both days were interesting.

I have learnt alot from the course and im confident to deliver the skills and knowledge to my learners. The only thing that needs changing is on one of the video clips says the hoist should have the brake applied when in use, however the brake should only been applied if the hoist is stationary and not in use
