The training was generally insightful and practical and it will be useful for my everyday use at work and in the community at large.

Quite interactive and informative

On overall quality of the training is 3 stars as the health & safety group did not deem it necessary to provide basic snacks on this training.

The venue was good but the luck of snacks was unacceptable. They only had basic tea and coffee.
