Very informative, offers techniques different to previous jobs roles whilst keeping our adults safe
Very good course when learning the skills to breakaway went through things clearly and slowly. Gil also spoke about de-escalation which is very important.
Very interesting, learnt lots of new skills.
I enjoyed the course as Kayleigh kept it interesting and engaging
Great course to learn and understand the signs of self-harm and suicide. Learned lots from reading and listening, and has now made me more aware of what to look for if I ever come face to face with any of these situations
Great speed & content and for me a fab refresher. Enough breaks, and covered in depth.
The class was interactive and the trainers was lovely
