The section was really good and the trainer was very interactive, used and lot of life scenarios and allowed a lot of interaction from the class. Kudos to the trainer. The entertainment wasn’t really great as there was no snacks to munch on, the coffee was good but no water

Mr Jonathan Johnson is very communicative and engaging and has good communication skills. He was focused and approachable. The content of the conflict resolution part could have been delivered with greater in- depth. It would have been nice to be in a venue that has natural light and ventilation.
