Poor overall. Started late. Equipment not delivered until lunch time. Trainer just read from the slides. Too many anecdotal stories not relevant. Poor understanding of the slides - had to look up case law examples

The training could start about 10am, and not for so many hours. Also you could accommodate a venue with free parking to put cost down on delegates leave alone travel costs, and time.

Unavailable handout

It was good to learn some new updates. Unfortunately handouts weren't available as the hotel list them. In any case the handouts were easy follow . Very good course as always
