I enjoy the training

Counselling delivered I. A relaxed manner. Trainer engaged us

The training was executed very thoroughly and with great detail and substance by the trainer. He also used a lot of anecdotal references and experiences to valid and emphasise his teaching style. He was polite, friendly and approachable as a teacher. Overall, a very good day. However, I felt that the lighting in the venue was poor. The trainer also used flip charts instead of power point slides for his presentation. I was not impressed with that. His writing, was difficult to read and follow on the flip charts due to the poor lighting in the seminar room.

Great training day! Had the same trainer last year and his knowledge around the subject is the best I have known someone have!

Should be more provision for refreshments Tea and biscuits , croissants Top up of coffee and teas, especially if trainees are there for the whole!!!
