Training its self was explained ok well understood simple English used . Only the venue had no Air corn it was hot

The trainer had vast knowledge of all the subjects taught I am pleased that he equipped me with the knowledge to discharge my duties effectively

Lovely venue. Room a bit crowded. A larger room would benefit the groups learning.

The trainer is highly competent and engaging. Except that the sound system wasn't good enough. That wasn't the fault of the trainer. The venue was a bit of a let down though. They insisted on one drink per person which is inconsiderate bearing in mind we were here pretty much the whole day. Also, the hotel's assistant was not friendly
