The day itself was a great combination of topics that covered a lot of what we do in health and social care, however, I have literally just completed elearning courses on the same topics. I did appreciate the CPR though, as new guidelines have come in since I last updated

The trainer lack humour that can make such a compressed training lively. The manner at which he handled trainees concerns were insensitive with lack of empathy.
