I am an IT Manager at Private Clinic that does not have the legal capacity to treat anyone under 18. However, my line Manager insisted that the CQC demands that all staff in the Clinic need to take a Safeguarding Children Level 3 course. I do believe the world has gone mad.
It was very good and the trainer was excellent.
The course was very informative. The room wasn't so nice this time- was down in a basement and the chairs were so uncomfortable that I had to sit on the floor for most of the day.
The trainer is par excellence. He has a wealth of knowledge and made the training session truly worthwhile.
