Training went well,find it very easy to understand how Cathy was explaining it and giving people chances to practice.

The training was very productive and engaging. I learned important techniques for safe moving and handling, effective CPR procedures, and how to respond correctly in case of a fire. The trainer explained everything clearly and gave us the opportunity to practise, which helped me build confidence. Overall, it was a valuable and positive learning experience that will improve my performance at work.

I paid fora hard copy of my certificate to be 1st class mail and was told at the course we had to download it. I have paid and would like the hard copy. Biscuits would have been nice with the tea and coffe

the trainer was really good and friendly, I learned many things, Hospitality wasn’t bad but there was no biscuits with coffee and tea.
