The course was good

Too long could be half a day.

Everything basically went fine, but I recommend that the price for the training should be reduced a bit to carry along the less privileged.

The room was very cold all day and the coffee machine was not always working. I have attended several of these days over the past few years and the trainer was a refreshing change - his teaching style was interactive and encouraged participation.

The training is okay

Providing lunch during extended training sessions would be very helpful, especially since trainees travel from various distances. It’s not ideal for them to go out searching for food during the break. Aside from that, the training session with Derby Hously was excellent.

All areas was covered in depth

The venue was good but the luck of snacks was unacceptable. They only had basic tea and coffee.

On overall quality of the training is 3 stars as the health & safety group did not deem it necessary to provide basic snacks on this training.
